"When I first heard of Trishna, I was in a period of depression after losing both of my parents in a few short months. My daughter arranged a session for me with Trishna, and I have to say I was a bit apprehensive at first, but when we were alone and she started to talk with me, I immediately was relaxed and open to the experience. It was one of the most powerful moments of my life, when she began to describe a man who was insisting he relate to me first. As she spoke of this man, she described perfectly by father, and then my mother. She spoke of things she could not have possibly known, but she did. “I had been fighting for my health and for my life without health insurance for several months, had been dumped and devastated by a boy who honestly was more trouble than he was worth since before we started dating, and was teetering on the fine line of complete catastrophe in all aspects of my life. Dear Trishna-- It is with the most heart-felt gratitude and thanks that I write this letter to you. Several weeks ago, I asked for your help and guidance on a matter that most people would believe to be petty and insignificant. However, to myself and my daughters, it was a matter of great enjoyment and an activity that bonded us as a family. And I knew you understood this better than most. The matter I am talking about is the lock-out and ongoing labor dispute in the NBA (National Basketball Association). Up until today, the entire season was in dire jeopardy and I firmly believed the resolution of this dispute was too big to overcome to have any hope of having any basketball this season. It was at this time that I reached out to you for any guidance and direction you could help with. I knew you were a big fan as well, and would not not diminish the importance of it because I knew you understood what it meant. I knew you understood it was a passion and source of great enjoyment that is sometimes very difficult to find in this life. You informed me you would do your best and also seek the help of others in the matter. After a couple of weeks, Trishna followed up with me and informed me of what she had discovered. At that time, she told me we would have basketball this year and from what she was getting, we would have basketball by Christmas. As a few more weeks passed, the labor dispute took a turn for the worse and I again felt that the season was doomed. But this morning, Saturday, November 26th, I was shocked to turn on SportsCenter to discover that the lock-out will be ended, a 66-game season will be played, and yes, it will start on Christmas. Trishna, I am writing this letter to again voice my heartfelt thanks for your help. I believe your insight into what I would call prayer is astonishing--especially to a spiritual pygmy like myself. I am naive in the understanding and power of your prayer, meditation, and healing. But that is why I sought your help. Furthermore, I am astonished by the accuracy of the information I received from you during our communication on the matter over the past several weeks. You told me the day they would play again--the exact day. I thank you, my family thanks you, and all NBA fans everywhere should thank you.
